Today, Playland’s Castaway Cove, a small park in New Jersey, announced big thrills for 2016 with a new launched roller coaster. The roller coaster will be the world’s first launched S&S El Loco.
The ride will stand at 125 feet tall, feature three launches with a high speed of 64 mph, a beyond 90 degree drop, and seven thrilling elements. The new ride will be the small park’s largest thrill yet when it opens in 2016.
In my opinion, this will be a fantastic addition to a small park. The small coaster will provide huge thrills with a small footprint and will hopefully put this small park on the map for coaster enthusiasts everywhere! I can’t wait for this small park to receive this big thrill!
