Canada’s Wonderland announced yesterday that they will be building two new flat rides for the 2018 season.
The first of the two flat rides is going to be called “Lumberjack.” Lumberjack will be a ride similar to Aero 360 at Kennywood, which is a Zamperla Hawk thrill ride. Although we do not know the manufacturer of this model, we do know that the ride will be a fun looping thrill ride with unique theming.
The second flat ride is going to be called “Flying Canoes.” The family ride will be similar to Dumbo at Walt Disney World. Riders will be able to control how high they fly as they spin around in a circle.
Finally, the park is going to be expanding their children’s splash area, which is currently called “SplashWorks,” but will be renamed “Splash Island.” During its transformation, the splash area will also double in size.
