Yesterday, we found out that Shanghai Disneyland’s opening would be delayed until mid-2016. Today, we found new images from the resort released by Disney, so here they are!
The new Pirates of the Caribbean themed area is going to be a key part of Shanghai Disneyland. The new Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure attraction will be the E-Ticket attraction of the land. As the construction photo above shows, progress is continuing, and it looks great!
The Shanghai Disneyland Hotel is also pretty far along with construction. You can see the similarities between the concept art and the actual hotel very well. The hotel will have 400 rooms and was topped in only twelve months.
The 800 Room Toy Story Hotel will likely be a cheaper, family-oriented option with a decorated facade to add to the experience. This hotel is also going up at an incredible rate and is definitely accurate with the design!
